Fine quality intermediate or advancing student viola with good projection and balance. Handsomely outfitted with gold-decorated boxwood fittings. Durable orange-brown spirit varnish with tastefully minimal shading and no excessive antiquing to distract from the clean craftsmanship and classic Cremonese lines of this lovely, no-frills Stradivarian-style viola.

Like all instruments sold by G.D. Wilson Liuteria, this viola has been carefully inspected and adjusted by our expert luthier to optimize acoustic response and ease of play. Original manufacturer bridge has been paired with a mix of strings carefully chosen to balance the power evenly between the tenor and alto registers. A-string fine tuner included standard, additional fine tuners available upon request.

Outfit includes instrument, used thermoplastic case, and woven carbon fiber “fleur-de-lis” bow. All instruments and equipment will be packaged with utmost care and shipped out as rapidly as possible.
