This unit has been professionally upgraded to fix the most common issues associated with vintage 80s Yamaha rack gear:

• Display Upgrade: The original, notoriously dim and hard-to-read LCD has been replaced with a brand new, custom Green OLED display. It provides incredible contrast, is perfectly readable from any angle in a dark studio, and perfectly matches the vintage aesthetic of the machine.
• Serviced Power Board: A complete recap (all electrolytic capacitors replaced) has been performed on the power supply board. The original REV7 power supplies run hot and are prone to capacitor failure after 40 years. This recap guarantees long-term stability, clean power delivery, and peace of mind.
• Cosmetic condition: The chassis and faceplate show only minor signs of rack wear consistent with its age. Please review the photos carefully to see the exact condition.
