Lovies Guitars is excited to present this Unplayed! 2019 Taylor 814ce LTD Sassafras Grand Auditorium Acoustic Guitar finished in Natural. This Limited Edition 814ce is a stunning interpretation of Taylor's flagship Grand Auditorium, pairing a premium Sitka spruce top with beautifully figured solid Sassafras back and sides. Produced in limited numbers, this unique tonewood combination offers the balance and versatility the 814ce is known for while adding its own distinctive tonal flavor and eye-catching appearance. Elegant appointments, world-class craftsmanship, and exceptional playability make this a truly special Taylor.
The solid Sitka spruce top delivers outstanding clarity, projection, and dynamic range, while the solid Sassafras back and sides produce a warm, balanced voice with sparkling highs, rich mids, and tight, focused bass response. The Grand Auditorium body shape remains one of the most versatile acoustic designs ever created, equally at home with fingerstyle, flatpicking, and vocal accompaniment. Taylor's revolutionary V-Class bracing further enhances sustain, volume, and harmonic accuracy, creating an incredibly responsive instrument with remarkable note definition.
Finished in Natural, the beautifully figured Sassafras provides a distinctive visual character that sets this Limited Edition apart from the standard 814ce. Premium appointments, smooth playability, and Taylor's renowned Expression System 2 electronics make this an outstanding guitar for the stage, studio, or a high-end collection.
This guitar is all original (OG) and comes complete with its Original Hardshell Case (OHSC).
