LA2A opto compressor/limiter based on HoneyBadger Audio PCB, with demo

Sounds gorgeous.

Timeless classic in 3U rack:

- Lundahl LL1922 input transformer.

- Lundahl LL5402 output transformer.

- Kenetek T4B opto-attenuator.

- original Sifam VU meter (with LED backlight).

All fresh tubes installed, you will receive tube packages to keep the track of the manufacturer, see photos.

New T4B photoelement installed (02-20-2025, Kenetek, USA), you will receive the certificate of this element with 3 years warranty, see photos.

All possible noise catchers are additionally shielded with copper foil. Operates silently.

Response potentiometer is not wired to the faceplate and the whole is closed with a plug. Response trimmer is soldered to the PCB as a normal trimmer.

I will send the potentiometer to you as well (see photos) in case you want it to be on a faceplate (I do not know why I would want it there though, but it is possible).

The chassis has some scratches at the bottom after few installations, nothing cosmetically serious.

I would like to not ship to far from Netherlands, to countries like: Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria as this is expensive and provided addresses are sometimes not reachable. This thing is heavy and needs a lot of packaging. Please, consider this on order!
