The effect for sale is a cool analog chorus made in Poland in late 80s & early 90s by KOD sound processing lab near Warsaw.
Sweet analog BBD chorus tones you just can't replicate with anything else. Love the tone of these old modulation pedals made by KOD, they easily keep up with any other pedal from the era.
Condition as seen on photos, fully original.
For power supply you can use 9v DC power supply with a jack plug, it has in & out jacks to transfer powert to another oldschool effect, cool feature you don't find too often also.
