Dated by the CTS pot: code 1378041 — CTS, week 41 of 1980. Code photographed below.
ALL ORIGINAL. No AC jack drilled, no true-bypass mod. Original pot, switch, jacks, knob, bottom plate and all four screws.
Tested and working. Silent switching, clean sweep across the full gain range. Pot and jacks cleaned with DeoxIT, no scratchiness. The original internal foam pad had crumbled (normal for these) — removed and cleaned out.
CONDITION: A played pedal. Heavy paint wear and chipping to bare metal around the logo and on the edges and corners; the bottom pad is gouged and crumbling. All shown in the photos.
