I bought this a few months ago (so I am the third owner) for a project, but a friend gave me a newer MPC and so now I don't need it, I never used it for the project. Here is the description from when I bought it here on Reverb:
"100% working and thoroughly tested. Pads buttons and faders all work great. I'm the second owner of this MPC. The first owner took extremely good care of it. It still has the original floppy drive, but an external zip drive is included with the purchase. It also has been upgraded with the 8 output expansion.
Everything you see photographed is included:
- MPC 2000XL, It has been upgraded with the 8 output expansion. (It does NOT have the FX card expansion).- Power Cable and external Hard Drive Cable.- Zip drive (the drive is pretty banged up, but still functions).- 1 zip drive disk.- OS on the original floppy disk.- Two extra floppy disks. - Original owners manual"
