Up for sale is my Fender Custom Shop Limited Edition 1962 Jazzmaster Relic in Aged Black.
This is a truly unique Custom Shop build featuring an off-center 11/56 V one-piece maple Stratocaster neck. While vintage Jazzmasters never came with maple necks, this combination works incredibly well and gives the instrument a distinctive mid-'50s Fender aesthetic without sacrificing the classic Jazzmaster character.
The Aged Black finish paired with the gold anodized aluminum pickguard makes for a stunning vintage-inspired look. It is equipped with Fender Custom Shop Hand-Wound Jazzmaster pickups, delivering everything you would expect from a great Jazzmaster—clear, articulate cleans, rich harmonics and plenty of character.
It also features the Fender RSD bridge, which offers excellent tuning stability, improved sustain and a more solid feel compared to the traditional Jazzmaster bridge.
The guitar is in excellent condition and fully functional.
It comes complete with the original Fender Custom Shop case, Certificate of Authenticity and the original Fender tremolo arm.
I'm only selling because I don't play it enough and would rather see it go to someone who will truly enjoy it.
The guitar will be carefully packed in its original Fender Custom Shop case, placed inside a sturdy shipping box and fully insured for the full purchase value.
