A 2016 Paul Reed Smith CE24 has arrived in stock.
This guitar features a finish color that was exclusive to the Japanese market during the period when KID (the domestic importer at the time) handled the brand.
Apparently, the color name gAzulh means gblueh in Spanish and Portuguese.
The CE model belongs to the bolt-on category of PRS guitars made in the USA.
The origin of the model name gCEh is said to be an abbreviation for gClassic Electric.h
Perhapsc this naming was intended to express a sound character that pays homage to Company Ffs bolt-on style (detachable neck), which made its debut long ago with a groundbreaking design.
So, thanks to the maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, and bolt-on construction, it seems to deliver a feel and sound reminiscent of F-Companyfs style, and it appears that an increasing number of knowledgeable, discerning players are preferring the CE over models with a set-neck construction.
It comes equipped with a set of PRS original 85/15 pickups, and the coil tap can be easily switched using the pull/push switch on the master tone control.

Overall Condition
This instrument is now entering its 10th year.
While there are various scratches and some deterioration of the plating on the metal parts due to age, the guitar is remarkably clean and is considered a beautiful specimen.
Furthermore, there is no noticeable damage to the fingerboard or neck grip, and there is no critical damage anywhere on the body, so it is in a condition where no damage that would interfere with playing is apparent.
There are no irregularities or signs of tampering in the solder work on the controls, so it appears to be in fully original, gsolder-virginh condition.
Furthermore, there are no signs of part replacements or modifications (MODs), and the strap buttons retain the original PRS vintage style, making this a rare, high-quality specimen that has maintained its original condition.
