5 (five) Mitsubishi M5M4464AL-12 DRAM chips in ZIP20 package suitable for Korg 01/W series, for Korg M1 series and Korg Wavestation series synthesizers.

• Beside DAC problems, these machines suffer from RAM problems. Many symptoms will result from bad RAM chips - from no sound to distortion or noise.
• All these KORG synthesizers came with M5M4464AL or MB81464 depending on availability - they work the same. You may notice that NEC M5M4464 is missing pin 10 but Mitsubishi MB81464 has all pins - well, pin 10 (and 11) have no function in this chips.
