This 62 D-18 is a great sounding at playing peace. It has significant wear all around the body and some cracks on the tops and sides that have all been cleated. Looks like the top has gotten some pick wear over the years and someone put a bigger pickguard on it to hide some of the wear. Had a small crack in the headstock that I repaired and it was missing the heel cap that I replaced with a piece of Brazilian rosewood I had. It has some fret wear but still has some life left in them. Comes with a early 90's Martin molded case.
