BRASIL!
For sale here is a nice little Brazilian made classical guitar. It is expertly made, and still incredibly playable. The fretboard and possibly other materials are made of BRAZILIAN ROSEWOOD. This makes the wood itself worth the price I am asking for the guitar. (Due to it's legal status in the U.S.) Raw pieces of Brazilian rosewood go for hundreds of dollars. The top appears to be spruce. Due to the Brazilian Rosewood, this guitar is not available for international shipping.
Cosmetically, it has a little wear and tear, but not too much more than to be expected. It plays great. The action raises a little around the 12th, but this is common in guitars this old without a truss rod. The cowboy chord area is pretty comfy! Honestly, the 9th fret down is pretty comfy. Overall, it is an expertly crafted instrument that has stood the test of time fairly well. Would be a great addition for any nylon player looking to add warmth to their tone.
As always, I cleaned it up, polished the finish, lemon oiled the board, flushed the electronics, changed the strings and set the action low and smooth. This guitar is proudly strung with Stringjoy Custom Guitar Strings, made right here in Nashville, TN. Doesn't come with gig bag or case. I pack my guitars up tight and insure every package for the full sale amount, so you can buy with confidence.
Got questions? Shoot me a message, I love nerding out with other gearheads!
