Based on our super-popular Jimi Woodstock "Controversy" WAH,
but a more versatile, stripped down version, built in a vintage Crybaby shell that's been completely refurbished to be good as new. best parts and the expertise of wah-master joe gagan.

military grade NOS hotpotz1 , carbon wah pot, 100k. real old style wah pot.

- Best quality REAN/NEUTRIK swi*tchr*ft type real metal jacks. better than sw*tchcr*ft. **no BS plastic PCB mount jacks in this wah!**

special note about bottom plates: I use recycled, reconditioned parts to make my products. most of my wahs ship with double thick bottom plate, up to 2.4 times thicker. I do this for strength. this pays tribute to great gear, you may see scratches from years of loving use, the cosmetics are unique to each one. if you prefer a single ply, more pristine type bottom plate, please send a message at time of ordering indicating your preference.

TUNING NOTES FOR BUYERS:
the settings as sent are set to the ' standard' as seen in the video, but you can tune it wilder or milder. the frequency select is 'additive' in that as you switch more of the switches ON, it goes deeper.  

you can also make the whole wah deeper AND more gain-y by turning UP the bias. i suggest trying both methods as they each do their own thing. ( if deeper and/or more gain-y is desired)
also, if THINNER/ higher  than the stock setting is desired, you can turn #1 off and dipswitch off, and  2 and 3 on together (.008 uf) .
I recommend tweaking the adjustments in this order:
1. Bias. Sets the gain/growl and low end content.
 2. Vol can be set last, to match bypass vol, or wah a little louder like some people prefer.
If you want more or less low end independent of the growl factor, use the dipswitches and repeat steps 1 & 2 above after.
For less low end, try dips 2 and 3 ON with 1 OFF.
Opposite , for the most low end , try all 3 ON.
Stock early 70s vox is 1 On only.
The jimi Woodstock standard is 1 and 3 ON.
