Exclusive Chicago Drum Exchange C&C Big Band Player Date Kit

We’re excited to announce a brand new collaboration between C&C Drum Co. and Chicago Drum Exchange!

Since we first became a C&C dealer in 2011, it has been our dream to one day collaborate on a unique set of drums, exclusive to Chicago Drum Exchange. We've always worked with C&C to custom order instruments for our shop and our customers, but this time we had the opportunity to choose a kit in an exclusive oak/maple shell at the affordable (Player Date) price point. This kit features the Chicago Drum Exchange by C&C Drum Co. badge, as well as the steel S-hoop, much like the hoops that would've come standard on drums made here in Chicago during the 1960s and 1970s. These kits have a unique textured finish thanks to the beautiful oak grain.

Sonically, they are livelier and punchier than either the Player Date 1 or 2, but still retain that warmth and roundness that has come to be associated with the Player Date series.
