Genuine Gibson Burstbucker 1 humbucker, prewired to a Seymour Duncan Triple Shot mounting ring.

The Burstbucker 1 is Gibson’s lower-output vintage PAF-style Burstbucker, designed for an open, airy humbucker sound with vintage-style dynamics and clarity.

The included Seymour Duncan Triple Shot provides four pickup modes using the two switches built into the mounting ring:

* Series humbucker

* Parallel humbucker

* Screw coil

* Slug coil

The pickup is already wired to the Triple Shot, allowing all four modes without adding separate coil-split switches to the guitar.

Condition/testing: This pickup was removed from a guitar with other wiring/electronics issues. Before listing, I tested the pickup and Triple Shot together with a multimeter and verified output in all four switching positions. The readings changed appropriately between full-series humbucker, parallel humbucker, and the two individual-coil modes.

Please note: The pickup’s original lead has been cut fairly short for connection to the Triple Shot. I recommend keeping it wired to the included Triple Shot as shown. Using the pickup without the Triple Shot would require extending/replacing the lead.
