This lovely Italian Labeled Violin of unknown origin bares a label inscribed:

This lovely instrument possibly authentic or great copy suitable for soloists set up with custom boxwood of light weight, strings Vision newly strung atop 'E' Hill Fine Tuner and 'E' bridge protector. The Bridge itself is a high quality AUBERT À MIECOURT FRANCE BRIDGE, expertly cut.
The tone is excellent and suitable for professional players; orchestral/symphony, chamber folk, mariachi or collectors and enthusiast players as well as conservatory students whom are advancing, range of color is incredible in any hands. Gives confidence to any player regardless skill at the time.
There are no cracks or open seams to speak of otherwise in perfect playing condition. Comfortable in the hand in all positions and on every string, the tone is booming and projects well.
The varnish overall is antiqued light to golden brown with an under huge of golden yellow.
Light weight usually attributed to age, the top is of a two piece slab of finely cut maple 'f' holes are finely fluted, purfling is in tact on the back and front, no missing or chipped corners.
The back is of a vert finely grained spruce slab with masterfully carved fluted edges in the purfling channels. The back is of a two piece bookmatched slab. with similar antiquing to that of the top nails in the top and bottom blocks indicative of the golden age of violinmaking.
Sides, neck and very bold Guarneri-type scroll are of similar timbers to that of the back finely grained and beautifully varnished.
