This is a skull-shaped fuzz pedal from the unique and charismatic effects pedal brand "DR.NO"!
Has there ever been such an "insane" pedal before? According to the brand, the sound of this pedal is described as follows: "Imagine a demon sharpening a trident on a giant whetstone, launching heavy, gleaming metal fragments like rockets, raining down on a scorched earth—an unimaginable noise. Those fragments rain down into a dark world of scattered skulls. Millions of souls groan and wander, screaming in unbearable pain…" It features two eye-shaped controls! It's about the size of a child's skull. Because it was a limited production item, it's quite difficult to find in Japan. It's in relatively clean condition with minimal signs of use.
