This Sabian 21" HH Vintage Ride weighs 2007 grams. The cymbal is a lot darker with a healthy amount of wash to while also maintaining a bouncier, more responsive feel to its player. Its darker, washier crash gives it a full bodied response when the musical context calls for a heavier approach. The bell has a fuller sound with some wash to it, but is also still dry enough to cut through the band due to the hammering done to the bell. This cymbal is great for that bigger, fuller sound that drummers look for when it comes to their main ride cymbal while also being versatile enough to be used across different musical contexts.
