The Buzzaround is a boutique reissue of the famous Burns Buzzaround, a British fuzz that appeared in the mid-1960s and was designed by Gary Hurst for the Burns brand. Based on a three-transistor germanium circuit, it stands out from other fuzz pedals of the era with a thicker tone, richer sustain, and greater stability, featuring a very singing and compressed character. It includes three controls (Balance, Sustain, and Timbre) that allow you to adjust the amount of fuzz, the output level, and the tonal color. The British Pedal Company version follows the vintage construction and components close to the original, delivering a fuzz strongly associated with 1960s psychedelic and garage rock, while remaining more controllable than some Tone Bender models from the same period.
