This is an extremely rare Phillipian mixer built by Rupert Neve in the late 70s before the Focusrite and AMS era (serial 002), around when the famous Montserat consoles were made. It consists of stereo line channels and mono mic-pre equipped channels, for a total of 12 possible inputs. There are two main outs, two aux outs, and a monitor out.

The inside is crazy - the circuit boards appear to be hand made, and all the wiring is hand done. It has transformers on the I/O and sounds wonderful.

I had the electrolytic caps updated a few years ago, so it is good to go on that front. The signal caps are the original and desirable “tropical fish“ variety.

Two channels have an intermittent static noise that I’ve haven‘t been able to trace yet. I suspect the connectors that attach the channel modules to the main rail. If you pull the channel module and reinsert it the noise goes away. Reporting for transparency. One VU meter also sticks sometimes, but works fine if you give it a little tap with your finger. The summing and master section works perfectly. I also have the hard to find meter bridge (never seen another one of those).

Overall this is a very unique mixer and a piece of Neve history. Only 20 or so were ever made.

Please reach out with any questions and I will be happy answer as best I can. I have lots of additional pictures as well; I will upload more shortly. Cheers!
