This listing is for one (1) original clear plastic 7" empty reel for your vintage Ampex open-reel R2R magnetic tape recorder. It can be used for take-up or supply. It does not have any cracks 'cuz we throw the cracked ones away. Other vintage brands are available in a separate listing. Please consider pairing this with another item we sell to cut down on the shipping costs.
We have another listing for the newer style with nearly solid sides. This is the older 1950s style with three trapezoidal holes. Made in USA.
