Here is an early Japanese pawnshop special. It's a Teisco Telestar (sometimes badged as Melodier) from around 1962-65. It's a simple garage rock/surf guitar. Dual single coils. Vibrato tailpce. Zero fret. It's all original and complete except the trem arm and spring. It's also missing the bottom strap peg. The conditon is good. It's solid and a player with medium action. The neck is straight and frets are good. There are some scuffs, wear and checking. Could use a setup and fresh strings. A rare and very cool Japanese time machine.
