Excellent playing and pad condition, as well as tone and intonation. No leaks. Pads are in excellent condition. and this flute has NO dings or dents, not one. Offset G, and SOLID SILVER engraved head, body, and foot. The hard case is mint as is the carrying case, and it comes with a wood (no scratches) swab, and new cotton swab cloth. Well kept, only used part time for 3 years, purchased new, one owner, never polished with a silver clean cloth as they take the silver off. New owner could shine this flute. Produced and made in America. $2,400 or more is the approximate current price of just the silver, with silver at $75 per ounce.
SS HBF currently hard to find, I cannot find any new SS HBF Gemeinhardt Alto Flutes, and few SS HBF alto flutes of any brand new or used. Serial # 4473. Would consider a ONE-DAY trial if discussed before purchase. Buyer would pay any return shipping.
