This is a nicely balanced Tung-Sol JAN 12AT7WA tube. It was made in the USA by Tung-Sol for the United States military. Each one of the plates tests closely to the other. It was manufactured to rigorous military specifications so you can expect low noise and microphonics. This tube has flat black wing-style plates, white lettering, and a D-horseshoe or square top getter. These are highly sought after Tung-Sol JAN 12AT7 tubes, act quickly before they sell out!! Be careful buying tubes from other sellers who list "matched pairs" but do not provide test results or specify the equipment that they use to test their tubes.
I personally tested this tube on my recently calibrated Hickok 600a and TV7D/U tube testers.
