- Mixer powers up
- Channel 1 has no sound with constant red peak light on
- Channel 5 has lower volume than usual
- Channel 7 has lower volume than usual
- Channel 11 delivers the audio in mono
- Channel 14 has distorted output
- Headphone output needs to be jiggled to hear in stereo, otherwise sound comes only from right channel
- Aux Sends/Returns are not tested
- I also did not test main outs but I I can test it if you are interested with the unit. (I don't expect any issue there)
