The latest model from Atelier Z available order made, a beautiful chambered PJ with vintage style frets, fretboard and neck.

The Aguilar pickups really work nicely with this build and the volume control stack is well designed so that individual control of front and rear pickups is easy.

The sound is creamy and smooth on the rear pickup with a nice burp yet deep, throaty and punchy on front, and again punchy and growly balanced. Lots of character and very versatile for a passive build.

The hardware is excellent as always, high grade Gotoh tuners and the Atelier Z bad-ass ii style bridge.

This weighs 4.2kg on average so is fairly light for an Atelier Z! Of course it balances beautifully and is one of the most comfortable basses you could wish to play.
