This is a replacement mouthpiece for the AKAI EWI 1000.
It was designed from scratch using 3D CAD and manufactured with a 3D printer.
To replicate the softness and durability of the original part, I used TPU 85A (a soft, polyurethane-based material) and reduced the internal density.
The breath tube often develops kinks, leading to partial blockages.
As shown in the photo, this unit comes with a protective spring-reinforced tube already installed.
