Vintage Gibson Explorer in Natural finish made in 1976 with Original Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid mahogany body, mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard. Equipped with its original set of Gibson Tarback humbuckers in the neck and bridge position. Controlled by 2 volume, 1 tone pots and a 3-Way toggle switch comprised of its original CTS pots dating to the 4*th week of 1976. The 24.75" scale length neck has mother of pearl dot inlays, white side markers with 22 medium jumbo frets on a 12" radius with a slim taper profile. The hardware is comprised of new set of gold Kluson Deluxe strip tuning machines with oval heads, a corian nut, a Gibson ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic Bridge and gold speed knobs with a 1-Ply white pickguard.

This guitar is in overall very good condition with some signs of play. It has light surface marks, some light surface scratches and a few dings/ light dents. The rear of headstock has slight outline of orignal tuner feet which is slightly different size than the klusons.(See Pics)


Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 10-46 strings. Includes Original Hard Shell Case & original Gibson embossed leather strap & Vender tag.
