Overview
The BAE 1028 is a mic pre / line amp / EQ based around the Neve 1073 circuit. The 1028 expands upon the 1073's frequency selection, allowing the mid band to overlap with the high and low shelving bands. As well, the 1028 offers a switchable midrange bandwidth and high and low-pass filters a la 1084.
