Yamaha TQ5 with some scratches (see images). Battery has just been replaced and sits in a holder. Works great, screen is OK, and it sounds like it should.
The TQ5 is a four-operator, eight-algorithm, eight-note polyphonic and multitimbral instrument (a bit like TX81Z and DX11). The TQ5 also has ten built-in effects including reverb, delay and distortion.
Comes with central european (europlug) 230V power supply.
