This dreadnought, with production capped at 300 pieces worldwide, features a solid spruce top paired with rare and beautiful burled sapele back and sides.

Finished in a gloss natural finish, it has a satin natural finish on the back of the mahogany neck for comfort. Ease of amplification is achieved through Takamine's retro-inspired CTF-2N preamp, with 2-band EQ, notch filter, and built-in tuner. Includes a deluxe semi-hard gig bag.

The FT340 BS features a carefully selected, high-grade solid spruce top, providing clear and vibrant sound projection. A high-gloss finish showcases the wood's grain.

Rare and beautiful Burl Sapele Mahogany Back and Sides adds warmth and richness to the tone.

The smooth mahogany neck and rosewood fretboard accommodate sleek, easy playing.

The satin natural finish on the back of the mahogany neck allows for a smooth and comfortable playing surface.

For the FT340 BS’s electronics, we return to our early roots with the new CTF-2N preamplifier which revives the sound of our early FET preamp model, affectionately known as the “Brownie”. The CTF-2N has that legendary sound, while adding the more modern functions of easy battery access, a chromatic tuner, and a notch filter.

Hand-crafted in Takamine’s custom facility in the Japanese Alps, the FN15 AR is manufactured in limited numbers with 300 pieces available worldwide.
