This is John HIatt's Silvertone 1487. It was owned and played by the legendary songwriter and it was beaten to an absolute pulp by the man.
I bought it at the auction and then did a near full restoration of it. Now it plays great, everything is stable and it sounds great. The only thing I didn't get to was fixing the built in speaker which is probably just a solder.
But it is an amazing guitar with an amazing lineage and amazing gold foil to channel your inner Ry Cooder.
