One of a kind.. never seen any one before. Its a channel strip from a vintage Philips mixing board racked in a 1U rack with balanced xlr in and out, power swithc, fuse socket, and phantom 48 volt. 
Sounds uniqe and awsome.. lots of gain and really usable eq section combine this to a analog/vintage 60's uniqe pice of audio heaven! As you can see from the pictures, it has "HAUFE" transformers ( as used by Neumann, Telefunken, Siemens, EMT ). Taken from a mixer from the Philips LDC series of mixers. In great working shape!  It runs on 220volt, but can easily be used with a 220 to 110 volt step down converter (does'nt cost much at Walmart ).
