Freestyle Del Rey

Freestyle will build you your very own Del Rey solid body electric guitar or electric bass guitar.  Pick your options!

• Wood - Alder, Mahogany, Maple, Pine, etc.
• Neck Profile - Thicker 50's or Slimmer 60's maple neck with maple or rosewood fret board and 22 frets
• Body Color - Nitrocellulose Lacquer or Polyurethane.  Genuine Japanese urushi lacquer available for a surcharge.  Contact us to discuss.    
• Scale Length - Full (F) Scale 25.5" or Grande (G) Scale 24.75"
• Fret Board Radius - 9.5", 12" or Compound 10" - 16"
• Pickups - Kent Armstrong Humbucker Sized P90s, Seymour Duncan Phat Cat single coil P90s, Seymour Duncan humbuckers, TV Jones Classics, TV Jones Powertron humbuckers are our choices.  However we will install any standard humbucker sized pickups you choose!  Price may vary slightly depending on your pickup choice.
• Tone-Guard Aluminum pickguards help shield the guitar from wireless interference
• Nut Material - Bone, Brass, Tusq or Other
• Tuners - Sperzel Locking or Sperzel Standard Tuners
• Bridge Configuration - Bigsby B5 with a Hipshot Tuneomatic or a Hipshot Fixed Bridge

The Freestyle Musical Instrument Company is dedicated to building the finest hand made electric guitars and basses the way they used to be made using the highest quality woods available and using only the best parts and hardware.  We are an independent company striving to build the highest quality musical instruments custom made for each player and delivering them at a reasonable price.  Each guitar will ship with a padded gig bag.
Since each guitar is built by hand it will take us approximately 3 - 6 months to complete your custom guitar as it takes time for each guitar to be cut, shaped, finished, put together, setup, intonated and for the nitrocellulose lacquer to cure.  Every one of our guitars are fully inspected before shipping.  Each Freestyle guitar is a one of a kind hand made musical instrument.  They are not built on an assembly line.  Once you place an order you will receive our contact information including email, phone number and even Skype if you desire so we will be able to easily communicate with each other.
