Here is a very well-preserved vintage Les Paul from Framus, model S 360 in transparent wine red, with the rare "P-90" pickups, in original condition, with set neck, etc.

The Framus S-360 (model number 10680) is a rare, high-quality Les Paul-style electric guitar made in Germany, produced from the early 1970s onwards. Models with the original Bill Lawrence/Billy Lorento P-90 pickups combined the classic Gibson look with a very distinctive, hi-fi-like sound. It features a
Les Paul Custom design (single cutaway), but with a slightly slimmer and lighter body than the US original. Body material: Solid mahogany (often constructed in a "pancake" style from two layers of wood joined together). Neck joint: Set neck, which was a rarity and a mark of quality for Framus guitars of that era (which often had bolt-on necks). Neck profile: A sturdy yet comfortable D-profile in the 1950s Gibson style.
Fretboard: Genuine, high-quality ebony. Inlays: High-quality block inlays made of mother-of-pearl/shell material. Frets: "Fret Edge Binding" (bound fret edges) with a very low profile (based on Gibson's "Fretless Wonder") and a zero fret behind the nut.
Bridge: Stable roller saddle bridge for optimized tuning stability. Tuners: Closed Schaller tuners ("Made in West Germany").
Pickups: 2 x Bill Lawrence / Billy Lorento P-90 single-coil pickups. Controls: Classic LP circuit with 2x volume controls, 2x tone controls, and a 3-way selector switch. Special feature: The Bill Lawrence P-90s deliver the typical clear, assertive "P-90 growl" with excellent dynamics, which harmonizes perfectly with the sustain-rich mahogany body.

The guitar is in very good, playable condition and comes in a thickly padded gig bag from Rockbag!

We gave the guitar a new setup with Ernie Ball strings in gauge 10-46, cleaning and oiling the fretboard, and optimally adjusting the intonation and string action!
