This unfairchild is as new in unopened box. I bought two, and absolutely love the one we are using. However plans changed, and it will be a while before we need this unit, and therefore we won't be needing it for quite a while, which hopefully will be somebody else's luck. The compressor is double wrapped so though it got a few scratches on the outside it is still wrapped safely.Since I haven't opened the box, it hasn't been possible to test anything. It is sold as it is and as it came from the factory.
