A working guitar to MIDI interface, you can see the cosmetic condition in the images.
For use with Roland pickups, but for monophonic use it is possible to plug a standard guitar into the front input and play more carefully. For example I used my electric solid body with a low cut filter and it tracked pretty well.
This model was released in 1995, not sure which year was this particular unit made in...
Selling without a power supply, it works with any guitar pedal 9V (260mA or more) PSU.
