This guitar has the unmistakable Hufschmid identity: bold geometry, extreme precision, unusual materials & a visual language that immediately separates it from typical extended range guitars. The vivid figured Hexa top, HufGlow honeycomb-style hexagon inlays & modern 7 string layout give it a futuristic, almost architectural presence.

Built around a 666 mm / 26.2" scale length, this Tantalum delivers the tighter response players want from a modern 7 string without feeling overly extreme. It has the clarity, attack & stability for aggressive rhythm work, while still feeling controlled enough for lead playing.

One of the standout details is the 17-piece individually inlaid HufGlow hexagon design, referencing the 17 symmetry groups & giving the guitar a signature look under both daylight & stage lighting. It feels specific to Hufschmid — not just decoration, but part of the instrument’s entire identity.

This example also features Patrick’s newer 3+4 seven-string headstock layout, developed with strict geometry, golden-ratio-inspired proportions, continuous curves & optimized string alignment. Paired with his exclusive Torlon 4203 scalloped nut, the build feels highly intentional from top to bottom.
