SSL G-Comp Stereo Bus Compressor 500-series. The original version without the built-in sidechain high-pass filter. This unit delivers the classic SSL bus compression “glue” that made the console version legendary in mixing and mastering.
Controls for Threshold, Ratio, Attack, Release and Make-Up Gain.
The compressor is in excellent working condition and functions exactly as it should. It has been used in a smoke-free studio environment. There's a mild scratching noise when pushing In button because it hasn't been used for a long time. Should go away with use and a little bit of cleaning.
