This Limited Edition Noble & Cooley SS Pine Snare has a nice breathy yet fat crack to it that is closest in sound and feel to Noble & Cooley's SS Tulip model. The tone produced by pine is more on the dry side with focused mid and low frequencies, yielding only the fattest of backbeats! Each pine board used was hand-selected by Noble & Cooley's manufacturing team ensuring the highest quality for instrument making.
