Fender Blackface amplifiers (1963-1968) are widely regarded as the most recorded amplifiers in music history. The Super Black replicates the entire signal path of the famous amplifier inside the pedal, so you can easily transform your amplifier into the glorious Blackface of the 60s! There are also two mini switches, one for bass and one for compression, allowing you to recreate the different characteristics found in the various models of Blackface amplifiers, large and small. The best-selling Mad Professor overdrive effect of all time, Sweet Honey Overdrive, is also included inside the pedal to recreate that magical combination of sounds created by the pedal and Blackface amplifiers. And with its own on/off switch plus Volume and Drive controls, you can use the Sweet Honey circuit separately as well.

MIDDLE and TREBLE: Adjustments for the amount of mid and high frequencies in the preamp section

BASS: Adjusts the amount of low frequencies.

PRESENCE: Adjusts the amount of high frequencies at the pedal's output.

GAIN: Adjusts the amount of distortion on the Blackface side.

DRIVE: Adjusts the amount of distortion on the Sweet Honey side.

VOLUME: Sets the output level (2 controls, one for the Blackface and one for the Sweet Honey)
