PRS's Private Stock represents the highest quality materials and highest level of customization available from PRS. Each Private Stock is carefully designed and built with a “one-off” mentality, where the guitars are always of stunning beauty.

This Private Stock starts with one of the designs that pays tribute to Paul's master; the McCarty 594. This vintage-inspired instrument feels incredibly familiar and effortless to play. The amplified tone of this guitar is provided by the 58/15 LT pickups and is incredibly versatile thanks to the dual volume and tone controls with push-pull function on the tone knobs.

The Ribbon Mahogany body is paired with an astonishingly beautiful Quilted Maple top and back that are finished in a glossy Electric Tiger Glow finish. The neck does not lag behind in beauty with its Roasted Curly Maple, and forms a beautiful contrast to the ebony fingerboard with a dazzling Tree of Life inlay of beautiful materials such as abalone, mother of pearl and red coral.

In terms of details, PRS has also gone to great lengths on this McCarty 594; The body and neck are framed by a Curly maple binding, and we see the Quilted maple of the body on the headstock, just like the Electric Tiger Glow finish.

The guitar travels in a hardshell with TFOA passport.
