With a gently offset body, E-MYSTIQUE is made of hard maple laminated with beautiful flame maple veneer on the top and mahogany on the back. The natural binding makes the body shape stand out even more. The neck is made of mahogany, as is the body back, and the fingerboard is made of ebony. The top position mark on the fingerboard has been left out for a stylish look. The neck is glued to the body with a strong box joint.

The pickups are high-gain, low-mid rich ESP Custom Lab H-3 pickups. The bridge is a traditional GOTOH GE103B-T and the stop tailpiece is a GE101Z. Controls consist of a simple master volume, master tone, and pickup selector.

The paint is applied in thin coats so that the texture of the wood surface remains. The topcoat is a lacquer, which gives it a unique texture.
