Diese Martin Custom Shop D-1 ist ein authentisches Replika im Stile des Jahres 1931. Die Hölzer wurden nach dem Martin "Vintage Tone System" thermal behandelt, damit der bestmögliche Klang erzielt wird. Die Decke ist aus Adirondack Fichte, Zargen und Boden sind aus massivem Mahagoni. Um den goldenen Jahren von Martin getreu zu bleiben, sind Hals und Body mit Hide Glue verleimt und das "X-Bracing Pattern" ist authentisch nachgebaut.
