Here is a real old Fender Japan warrior! It's a vintage specification '69 Reissue Fender Mustang in factory finished 3-tone Sunburst. As you probably know by now if you follow Gas Station Guitars, we get old Fender CIJ/MIJ Mustangs in pretty much every colour under the sun, but for some reason we only ever manage to find a handful of sunbursts Japanese Mustangs every year.  This is a CIJ Q-Serial from the 2002-2004 period. It has a very easy action with a beautiful dark/light streaked rosewood fingerboard and original white 3-ply red tort pickguard. The neck is dead straight, truss rod fine with plenty of life left in the frets. No mods, breaks or repairs anywhere. Structurally and electrically sound. Built immaculately as you'd expect from Fender Japan. Weight is 3.2kg. It does have some wear around the edges but no big paint chips or anything nasty. Complete with original black tipped tremolo arm and fitted hardcase with key. A very cool old 1969 vintage specification reissue Mustang in factory finished Sunburst.
