Silvertone 1457 with case amplifier 1963 - Red Sparkle burst

A completely original untouched Silvertone 1457 in full working condition with in case amplifier as sold by Sears back in the 1960's with the original foot switch.
The guitar has a few dings and knocks as expected for an instrument of this age as shown in the photos of the body and headstock and there is some discolouration on the vinyl sides. The case is also a little road worn and one of the catches is mangled and a temporary replacement fitted to ensure it closes. The original catch is provided for anyone who wishes to restore it.
The output from the amp is surprisingly good however just plug the guitar into a modern amp and it has an incredible sound.
This is a 110V US specification so a separate transformer is available if required. This is small but quite heavy so an additional shipping charge would be needed.
Provided with a colour matching cloth strap.
