1979 Conn C11 Classical Guitar w/Case - Made In Japan

For your consideration is a vintage Conn C 11 classical guitar, made in Japan circa 1979, including an era correct hard case.

These late-1970s MIJ instruments are known for solid build quality and are generally a step above many modern entry-level classical guitars. This example has a warm, balanced tone and traditional classical feel. The guitar features a rosewood fingerboard and bridge, slotted headstock, and an attractive figured back. Overall, it presents well and has a nice vintage look.

The guitar is in good overall vintage condition with typical cosmetic wear for its age, including surface scratches, finish wear, and small dings. There is slight bridge lift at the rear (see photos). The guitar is currently playable, but the bridge may need to be reglued in the future. No major cracks have been observed, the neck appears straight, frets show light wear consistent with use, and overall the guitar has a beautiful look considering its age.

This is a solid vintage Japanese-made classical that would work well as a player-grade instrument or a light project for someone comfortable addressing the bridge.
