Here's a rare 3 pickup-version of a Norlin-era gibson les paul black beauty.
The sticker-serial number dates year 1976 but pots are from 1977, so the guitar is either a late 1976 either an early 1977 model. Why ? because of its pancake body, discontinued during year 1977.
Besides, 3 piece maple neck on the slim side here, perfect for quick legato and good high frets access.
Frets are new vintage ones, the guitar is set up. Pickups are three original Pat t top pickups with stickers
Weight is 4,3 kg, very light for the era.
The guitar has never suffered any break with you can see it has a long story to tell, it s been played a lot on stages, makeing some gloss disappearing. Besides, a classic and cool buckle rash behind the body.
