Condition: "Fair". The unit certainly shows its age and has had some work / modifications. 

Notes
- Brown tolex has been either painted black or replaced and is heavily worn. On the sides it is starting to lift off the shell / wooden enclosure.  
- 3 prong power cable has been installed. 
- Back panel cover has been stripped of its tolex and painted black. 
- Original handle has been replaced. 
- Mixer and Tone potentiometers have been replaced.
