Vintage 1964 Gibson Southern Jumbo – Sunburst – All Mojo, No Nonsense

This 1964 Gibson Southern Jumbo has an absolutely unbelievable vintage sound — honestly, it doesn’t get much more mojo than this.

It shows plenty of honest play wear from decades of use, but the payoff is a truly magical tone: dry, woody, open, and full of character. Loud, alive, and inspiring — the kind of guitar that instantly tells you it’s the real deal.

Brazilian Rosewood Fingerboard

The adjustable bridge has been filled (a common and well-known vintage mod) to improve tone and sustain, and it really pays off here. The result is a sadder, fuller, more resonant sound compared to the original adjustable setup.

It comes with the original vintage Gibson case.
The tuners have been replaced.
There was a binding repair on the lower back of the guitar (see photos for details).
